A bit more background on Digital Medic:
At the Stanford Center for Health Education, we believe that access to health education can save lives. Through the Digital Medic initiative, our goal is to make engaging, evidence-based health education globally accessible and, in so doing, empower communities to improve their own health outcomes.
Since 2017, Digital Medic has been working with under-resourced communities to create easily adaptable, video-based health education. We work to equip those providing frontline healthcare with the tools and knowledge they need to effectively care for their populations, while simultaneously empowering patients with the knowledge they need to improve their own health outcomes.
